MyZone Heart Rate Tracking

MYZONE is a chest strap monitoring system that tracks your heart rate, calories burned and effort accurately in real-time. The technology gives you the insight you need to tailor your physical activity in order to achieve your fitness goals. MYZONE measures the effort exerted by your heart, which is the most accurate way to measure the intensity of your physical activity.

Easy-To-Understand HR Training

Myzone works on five color zones. Each of these zones represents a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR). This MHR is calculated specifically to you when you start training with Myzone. When you are observed a maintaining a higher heart rate than your current max heart rate, the system will update your max heart rate automatically. You will receive a notification from Myzone when this happens. This continually ensures that Myzone is set to you specifically.

Heart rate and calorie data are transmitted via Bluetooth and your individual performance is shown on screen.
