Group Fitness Classes
This trifecta of fitness moves will give you a well-rounded workout that gets your blood flowing and energy levels bouncing off the walls. It features 20 minutes of dumbbell and barbell-based strength training, 20 minutes of energizing floor based cardio moves and a grand finale 20 minutes of core and flexibility exercises. All of this adds up to fun for everyone.
A powerful fusion of music, strength, and choreography that takes classical Pilates to the next level. POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock-solid core and a lean dancer’s body like nothing else can.

These classes combine traditional yoga postures and exercises that focus on flexibility, strength, balance, and breathing. Instructors will always offer modified poses for all levels. Physiq Yoga is designed to enhance your flexibility, vitality, balance and muscle tone. It emphasizes rhythmic movements, deep breathing and floor exercises that provide a total-body workout.
Burn a ton of calories and build total body strength in our Cardio Kick class. Pulling from the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace you’ll smash your cardio fitness and release stress while you’re at it.

This is a cardio fitness class based on international rhythms with cardio intervals, motivating music, strength and core-conditioning moves with choreography that anyone can follow. Imagine you are going to a friend’s party and just have a great time dancing to great music. There is no wrong, everything is right and you definitely do not need any dance experience!
LES MILLS Virtual Classes
Can’t always make it to one of our scheduled classes? Thanks to LES MILLS Virtual, now you can. Featuring chart-topping music, leading-edge choreography and world class instructors, these video based classes provide an amazing workout when there are no live classes on the schedule. Virtual classes are played with the instructor up close and personal on the big screen. Dimmed lighting, pumping sound, and motivation from the best instructors in the world, create a truly inspiring atmosphere that will achieve amazing results. LES MILLS Virtual Fitness Classes
A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you’ll get a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, and build core strength. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.

RPM (Albany Only)
A group indoor cycling workout where your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding all to heart-pumping music. You’ll repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down. Keep pace to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time.
A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy. Please bring your own mat.
SPRINT (Albany Only)
30-minute HIIT workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. The 30 minutes you put into this workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest to rev your metabolism.
