Group Fitness Classes 

A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy. Please bring your own mat.

Cardio Dance is a perfectly harmonized blend of invigorating dance that strengthens all of your muscles, including your heart. The energy is contagious in this interval based class that aids in building the muscle tone you seek. Learn to move like Jagger with choreography set to today’s most popular songs.

Aims to strengthen muscles with an emphasis on deep core and floor work all while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

This class is at Albany only. Our indoor cycling classes focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. Our instructors turn down the lights, pump up the music and lead you non-stop for fifty minutes of calorie-burning cardio exercise that will increase your endurance and build your confidence.

Focus on improving your stability while toning your muscles and strengthening your core. This low impact class helps increase mobility and strength with a fun, interactive warmup, and a variety of exercise formats, including circuits and partner work. A great class for retired individuals or people just beginning their journey to better fitness.

Can’t always make it to one of our scheduled classes? Thanks to LES MILLS Virtual, now you can. Featuring chart-topping music, leading-edge choreography and world class instructors, these video based classes provide an amazing workout when there are no live classes on the schedule. Virtual classes are played with the instructor up close and personal on the big screen. Dimmed lighting, pumping sound, and motivation from the best instructors in the world, create a truly inspiring atmosphere that will achieve amazing results. BODYPUMP

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you’ll get a total body workout. BARRE

A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, and build core strength. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

GRIT CARDIO

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

BODYCOMBAT

A a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout in an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

GRIT PLYO

A a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.

RPM (Albany Only)

A group indoor cycling workout where your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding all to heart-pumping music. You’ll repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down. Keep pace to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time.

BODYFLOW

SPRINT (Albany Only)

30-minute HIIT workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. The 30 minutes you put into this workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest to rev your metabolism.

GRIT STRENGTH

A30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
