Exercising, a balanced diet, proper sleep, and a right mindset are all things known to support a healthy immune system. COVID-19 has affected us all in one way or another, and we know being and staying healthy includes fighting things like heart disease and other underlying conditions. tackling all those things alone can be difficult, so we’re here to help. This project encompasses our four pillars of wellness (nutrition, movement, recovery & mindset) to help build a healthier you.

How Does it Work?

  1. Connect with your Performance Coach from the comfort of your own home
  2. Your Coach will guide you through a custom-designed at-home training session that is specifically tailored around your goals!
  3. All you need is Wi-Fi and a laptop or iPad for your sessions

Virtual Program Program Options

Nutrition

Most people feel like they need to follow some sort of diet in order to get to their goals. While this may help temporarily, we have found that most people do better with creating small habits and changes each week when it comes to food and how it affects them mentally and physically.  What we’ll offer guidance in:

  • Sample meal plans
  • Estimated calorie goals 
  • Helpful resources for behavior changes**
  • Macro counting**

Movement

Moving our bodies every day is vital to our health. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, we are dedicated to guide and encourage you to reach your greatest potential. You’ll receive a 30 day workout program that encompasses exercises from all of the below:

  • Beginner, Intermediate, &/or Advanced full body strength workouts with warm-ups and cardio components.
  • Instructional videos and workout descriptions
  • Personalized program to help you reach your specific goals.**

Recovery

Our bodies need time to recover and adapt. Proper recovery allows our bodies to replenish energy stores and repair damaged tissues from exercise, as well as build up defenses against infection and disease. Resources included in this program:

  • Foam Rolling exercises
  • Mobility & Stretch routines
  • Informational articles and resources addressing recovery and sleep**

Mindset

Our minds are more powerful than we realize. A strong and positive mindset is key to overall health and success. We’ll help shape your mindset with the following:

  • Goal setting 
  • Accountability through a compliance calendar to map out your fitness journey
  • Connection with and motivation from trainers and other group participants 
  • Recommended Reading list**
  • Initial virtual meeting with a personal trainer to talk about specific goals and set you up for success.
  • Weekly check-ins with your virtual coach
